About the RoleReporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, manage a portfolio of debtors, provide administrative support within AR and ad-hoc assistance to other functions.
- Manage AR inbox and associated tasks
- Perform collection calls as required
- Manage debtors' inboxes and handle inquiries
- Prepare and issue invoices, manage billing process
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Generate statements
- Perform reconciliations as required
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement
Demonstrate a clear track record in a similar role, possessing:
- Experience in accounts receivable and billings
