IT Support Analyst
- Location:Morningside, QLD
- Type:Full-Time
- Experience Level:Mid-Senior (4+ years)
We’re seeking aproactive and technically skilled IT Support Analystto join our dynamic, multi-office engineering environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about supporting users and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents via our IT ticketing system within SLAs.
- Deliver clear, user-friendly technical guidance.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and security enhancements.
- Deploy and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Support after-hours systems and ensure service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Mentor junior staff and support team development.
- Uphold HSEQ standards and company values.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Valid C Class Driver’s Licence.
