The opportunity
We have a unique opportunity to join our highly regarded Melbourne property team. Our Partners, Rupert Lugo and Sarah Rizk are growing their team at the more senior level.
You will work on top tier matters, work with our prominent client base and among senior candidates, the assist in developing our exceptional group of junior lawyers. Youll have the opportunity to run complex commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions, acquisitions, bulk developments and complex leasing matters, plus you can also gain exposure our renewable energy practice.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- from 4+ years PAE
- experience in property development and commercial transactions
- transactional/commercial leasing experience (office, industrial and retail) acting for both landlords and tenants
- strong interpersonal skills to work with our wider team and clients
