About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at The Andersen Partnership, you’ll be at the forefront of matching exceptional talent with top tier clients. You’ll own the recruitment cycle from start to finish - sourcing candidates, securing placements, and driving business development. This is your opportunity to build a standout portfolio while working in a fun, fast-paced, and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the 360-degree recruitment process - sourcing, interviewing, and securing placements

- Build and nurture talent pools that align with client needs

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates

- Meet and exceed KPIs and quarterly targets while growing your own client base

- Work closely with a high-performing, results-driven team to smash team goals

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the overall success of the team

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ years as a recruitment consultant, sales or industry experience

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you should feel confident negotiating terms and closing deals

- A strong desire to achieve targets and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

- Go getter attitude
