The Star Brisbane is Australia's newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.

The Facility Cleaner reports directly to the Facilities Operations Manager and plays a vital role in maintaining world-class standards across our property - ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for both our guests and team members.

A few of your responsibilities

- Maintaining the cleanliness of front and back of house across our property
- The use of specialised cleaning machinery
- Cleaning up spills and hazardous materials
- Maintaining the dignity of our guests and team members

What we will be looking for

- Prior experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to commit to a rotating 24/7 roster
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- The ability to work as a part of a team and communicate effectively

The successful candidates will thrive on efficiency and enjoy working and interacting with guests. You will have a strong sense of time management and have a keen eye for detail

About us

The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
