We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia, serving thousands of community participants with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy services.

Job Description

We are open to discussions with Speech Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly.
- Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community.
- Using clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop tailored treatment goals.
- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' lives.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Mentoring graduates and early career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
- Staying informed of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

To be considered suitable, you will have:

- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a varied caseload.
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning from new ideas.
- A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
