  • Work within a highly regarded multidisciplinary team in Townsville
  • Manage a varied, mixed-ages generalist caseload across speech, literacy, AAC, fluency, and swallowing
  • Flexibility to choose a fully clinic-based role or combine clinic and community work
  • Opportunity to join a new monthly MDT outreach program to rural FNQ communities (e.g. Mareeba, Cooktown)
  • Be supported by Allied Health Assistants and a Clinical Lead with 9+ years of experience
  • Access structured supervision, peer learning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration
  • Thrive in a sociable, positive, and collaborative team culture with regular catch-ups and clinic-led social events
  • Contribute to meaningful, client-centred outcomes across the lifespan

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
