The Opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced Dietitian or Nutritionist looking to make a real impact? The Banyans is seeking a dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, client-centred care.

In this role, you will:

- Conduct dietetic assessments and create tailored nutrition interventions.
- Support guests with complex dietary needs, including eating disorders, addiction recovery, and mental health concerns.
- Work collaboratively with chefs, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, and creative therapists.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in media and presentation opportunities as required.

About You

Our residential and day programs provide a holistic, personalised approach to health and recovery. The ideal candidate will bring:

- Accreditation as a Dietitian or Nutritionist
- Clinical experience, ideally in mental health or addiction recovery.
- A strong understanding of mental health nutrition, gut microbiome, and trauma-informed care.
- The ability to manage a complex caseload and deliver personalised care.
