Expression of Interest – Swim, Sport & Leisure Casual Roles

We’re seeking enthusiastic, community-focused individuals to join our Swim, Sport & Leisure team. Whether you’re passionate about aquatic safety, teaching swimming, fitness, customer service, or sports coaching, we’d love to hear from you.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) allows you to register your details for upcoming recruitment rounds. Submitting an EOI does not guarantee a role will be available; however, it ensures we have your information on file when opportunities arise.

All Swim, Sport & Leisure staff must hold a valid employee Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Roles

- Lifeguard — Ensure the safety and enjoyment of aquatic patrons. Maintain high standards of pool supervision and safety compliance.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard Qualification
- Learn to Swim Teacher — Teach and assess swimming programs for all ages. Engage positively with students and families.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, Swim Teacher License
- Customer Service — Be the welcoming face of our centres.
Assist with memberships, bookings, and enquiries.
Essential: WWCC, CPR
- Screening, Program Design & Gym Sessions — Screen, assess, and create personalised programs; Deliver gym floor sessions.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Cert III (or higher) in Fitness
- Coaching / Referee — Coach or officiate sports programs in a safe, inclusive environment. Build participation and enjoyment for all skill levels.
Essential: WWCC, CPR, First Aid, Relevant Coaching Accreditation

Locations

Roles may be available at Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre, Norlane ARC, Leisurelink, Splashdown, Kardinia Aquatic Centre, Lara Aquatic Centre, North Bellarine Aquatic Centre, and Leisuretime Sports Precinct.
