Take the next step in your career and lead an experienced field service team dedicated to delivering excellence in medical imaging. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving service quality, and supporting the professional growth of your team.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet customer commitments.
- Take ownership of service escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Present and discuss system uptime reports with customers.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in a service-focused environment with strong customer orientation.
- Proven leadership of technical teams will prioritised
- Ability to coach, mentor, and engage people at all experience levels.
- Resilience under pressure and confidence to handle challenging conversations.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel as required, with full Australian working rights.
