About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team and service the vibrant, fast-growing Mornington Peninsula region - focusing primarily on aged care facilities.

What We Offer
- Attractive Daily Rate: Earn up to $2,000 per day for an 8-hour workday.
- Support at Every Step: Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and experienced admin staff.
- Quality Over Quantity: Manage a caseload of around 25 patients per day, focusing on delivering genuine, person-centred care.
- Flexibility: Part-time role, 2 week days per week, you choose your days, with the option to expand as the region grows.
- Room to Grow: Tailored for GPs interested in aged care, with clear pathways for long-term professional development in an expanding organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions).
- Fellowship: RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required.
- Tech-Ready: Comfortable with system-based reporting and familiar with common clinical software.
- Equipment: Must have access to a personal laptop.
Non-VR GPs:
If you are close to completing your RACGP or FACRRM Fellowship, we welcome your application.
Daily rate: $1,700–$1,800 (based on experience and availability).
