A well known Public sector organisation in Western Sydney

Job Description

- Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with organisational objectives.
- Conduct security risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns effectively.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory and legislative security requirements.
- Assist in audits and reviews to maintain a secure technology environment.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects current security practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Security Consultant - GRC should have:

- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in SAP security design, roles and authorisations, and GRC Access Control for both SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA security architecture and migration from ECC6.
- Proven expertise in SoD analysis, risk remediation, and audit compliance within SAP environments.
- Proficiency in SAP GRC modules, including Access Risk Analysis, Role Management, and Emergency Access Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex access and authorisation issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with audit, compliance, and executive teams.
- Familiarity with public sector security standards and regulatory frameworks.
- SAP Security or GRC certification is highly desirable.
