Sydney, Australia News Corporation Full time

We’re looking for a highly creative, organised and experienced **Creative Producer** to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in bringing big ideas to life — from concept to delivery — across video, social, TVCs, print and lifestyle content. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end creative production, ensuring each project is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget. This is a hands-on producing role (not production management), ideal for someone with a background in content-led storytelling and a strong visual eye.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead the creative process from brief interpretation to final delivery across static and motion content.

+ Collaborate with creative teams, art directors, and external partners to develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans.

+ Own all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring creative integrity throughout.

+ Source and manage talent, crew, and suppliers to bring projects to life.

+ Manage critical paths and budgets for both small and large-scale projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

+ Act as the main point of contact for production teams, overseeing feedback loops, internal reviews, and client approvals.

**Who are you?**

+ A seasoned Creative Producer with 5+ years’ experience in a producing role (not a Production Manager).

+ Proven experience delivering TVCs, branded content, and lifestyle campaigns.

+ Adept at managing the full production cycle, from creative ideation to post-production.

+ Confident working with internal creative teams and external production agencies.

+ Highly organised, financially astute, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

+ A natural communicator and collaborator, with a passion for storytelling and high-quality visual content.
