Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Uphold the company’s mission, values and vision to serve our clients;
2. Demonstrated ability to perform, monitor, report and analyze as set in KPIs;
3. Ability to prospect, appraise, list and sell property;
4. Ability to plan, budget and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
5. Customer Database Management Ability;
6. Participate in all scheduled team, network and extraordinary meetings;
7. Assisting with the sales campaign process from start to finish.

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager must have:

1. A can-do and open-to-learn attitude;
2. A great sense of humour;
3. Strong performance in a team environment, with proven organisational skills;
4. Tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed in sales;
5. Sound knowledge of the industry’s acts, legislations and compliances.

Position Requirements

1. Agent Representative Certificate;
2. Current Police Check Record;
3. Driving Licence and reliable vehicle.
