The Opportunity

As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
- Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
- Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
- Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
- Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
- Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
- Offer support and training to junior team members

About You

- 3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
- Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
- Experience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
- Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
