As a Spray Technician, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining green spaces along major commercial areas, council-controlled roadsides, and open spaces. You will ensure the safe and effective application of chemicals, complying with all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilisers to designated areas.

- Apply chemicals for weed control and eradication.

- Operate and maintain spray equipment following safety standards

- Keep accurate records of chemical applications and ensure compliance with local regulations

- Identify and report weed infestations.

- Remove weeds mechanically when necessary.

- Conduct routine litter clean-up and report any damage or issues found.

- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of team members, and the public during the application of chemicals.

About You

- Previous experience in weed control and spraying

- Valid ACDC licence

- Valid Manual Drivers Licence

- White Card

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually

- Be punctual and reliable

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months

- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
