Job Description

About the Role

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager (SA/NT), the Electrician – Emergency Lighting Commissioning Technician role is key in deploying and maintaining our advanced Emergency Lighting systems across diverse sites. You will also support on-site warranty services, working closely with our technical team and clients to uphold Clevertronics’ high standards.

Your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Support the TSM in commissioning Clevertronics products and executing warranty repairs.
- Independently commission Zoneworks projects in line with the “Zoneworks Commissioning Process,” including supporting subcontractors, liaising with engineering for training, and applying technical knowledge.
- Provide technical services for warranty work, including product repair, review of returned goods, and subcontractor support.
- Assist the TSM in training subcontractors and service contractors on Zoneworks for emergency lighting maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with the Customer Satisfaction Policy and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Contribute to the efficacy and advancement of our QMS/EMS by upholding and promoting our quality and environmental policies in all job functions.
- Additional duties as required from time to time as per business requirements.

- Strong programming skills and understanding of IT networks
- Licensed electrician (unless otherwise agreed)
