About the role
This Maribyrnong Local Program Facilitator role will be a part of the Senior Leadership team with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local program, which provides easy to access and support to people aged 26 years and over experiencing mental illness or psychological distress.
The Program Facilitator will include line management and clinical support for Mental Health staff from a range of disciplines to further support the leadership team to implement the improvement plan.

- Provide line management supervision to Maribyrnong Local service provider staff, including performance management, leave approval, workplan monitoring, and coaching
- Undertake annual performance development and review processes with staff
- Manage staff leave and absenteeism to ensure service coverage and operational efficiency
- Represent the Maribyrnong Local at external opportunities as delegated by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead

- Bachelor of Allied Health, Nursing, or Psychology Registration or other relevant tertiary Mental Health qualification
- 5+ years senior mental health leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership in a community or public health organisation working with marginalised populations
- Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working With Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
