Accounts Receivable Officer

Circa $70,000 - $73,000 + Super, North West Sydney location with parking or public transport available, Fixed Term Contract until the End of June 2024.
About the Role:This dynamic and motivated role offers a perfect blend of professionalism, personal growth, and a supportive environment. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of debtors, providing administrative support within the AR function, and contributing to ongoing process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage AR inbox and associated tasks
- Perform Collection calls as required
- Manage debtors' inboxes and handle inquiries
- Prepare and issue invoices and manage the billing process
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Generate statements
- Perform various forms of reconciliations as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in a similar role. Specifically, you will possess:
- Experience in Accounts receivable and billings
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Focused and have great time management skills
