You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property. If you're driven, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team.**Key Responsibilities*** Conduct routine patrols and on-site inspections to uphold safety standards.* Deliver a strong, visible deterrent against theft and antisocial behaviour.* Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and escalate when needed.* Collaborate confidently with team members and site personnel.* Maintain accurate reports, logs, and complete basic digital documentation.**Requirements*** Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring, Crowd Control).* Certificate II or above in Security Operations.* Full QLD Driver’s Licence (No restrictions).* Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (Willing to obtain).* Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (Highly Desirable).**Master licence:** 41299**How to apply**MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
