Are you a seasoned retail leader couple with strong experience in the food industry? Ready to take your leadership skills on the road and lead a high-performing store in one of Australia’s remote communities? This is a rare opportunity to manage a full-scale food store, oversee Duty Managers, and shape a training-focused, community-oriented operation, all with excellent support and a competitive package.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage all aspects of a large food store, including operations, stock control, merchandising, and financial management.
- Oversee and mentor Duty Managers, building capability and driving team performance.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and foster a strong, customer-first culture.
- Use your training experience to develop staff and establish a training-focused store environment.
- Work cross-culturally with respect and resilience, adapting to life and work in remote Australia.

What You’ll Bring:

- Strong retail experience in the FMCG Grocery industry - Essential.
- Proven leadership skills, with Duty/Department Managers reporting directly to you.
- Experience in staff training and development.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in remote settings.
- Cross-cultural experience is highly regarded but not essential.
