👩🍳 Your Role as a Senior Crew Member

As a Senior Crew Member, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, supporting the management team and leading by example on the floor. From coaching junior crew to ensuring service runs smoothly, your leadership will help create the culture and standards that make Burger Urge legendary.

You’ll:

- Lead and motivate junior team members during busy shifts.
- Ensure every customer receives top-tier service and quality food.
- Manage daily operations including order accuracy, food preparation, and cleanliness.
- Uphold Burger Urge’s standards for safety, hygiene, and presentation.
- Assist with training and onboarding new crew members.
- Handle transactions and help maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Contribute to a fun, positive, and high-performing team culture.

🕵️♀️ What We’re Looking For

- Previous hospitality or fast-food experience (leadership experience preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills – you thrive under pressure.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for great food and service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid Food Safety Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
- RSA Certificate (required within 30 days of starting).
