This is a key site-based role responsible for leading the **purchasing, accounts support, vendor management, and stores control** across our factory operations.You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient processes, cost-effective operations, and a high level of compliance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy improving processes, this could be the perfect next step in your career.**What You'll Do*** **Purchasing & Receiving:** Oversee purchasing and receiving processes to ensure alignment with GF policies and drive cost-effective practices* **Supply Agreements:** Monitor contract compliance and identify opportunities to improve supplier value and engagement* **Accounts Payable Support:** Resolve transactional issues, process overseas payments, and ensure accurate, on-time supplier payments* **Freight Management:** Validate freight invoices, analyse costs, and manage timely and accurate payments* **Internal Controls & Audits:** Support internal/external audits, ensure policy compliance, and identify opportunities for system improvements* **Financial Accuracy:** Reconcile accounts, ensure correct classification of expenses, and support GL reporting accuracy* **Vendor Management:** Streamline vendor lists, monitor performance, resolve issues, and support strong supplier relationships* **Stores & Inventory:** Optimise stock levels, manage consignment and PMA stock, and fully integrate SAP across site stores operations**About You**We're looking for someone who brings strong operational and commercial capability, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
