About The Role:

As Manager Housing Services, you will be responsible for assisting the Regional Manager with management of rental properties. Some of your duties are not limited, but will include:

- Manages the activities of Housing Services Officers and Housing & Property Services Officers with respect to property management and rental services.
- Liaises with government departments, local authorities, welfare and community groups, etc. in the tenancy management functions across the region, including area offices affecting the portfolio's rental policy through General Manager, Service Delivery.
- Inputs information on tenancies to support and assist the Regional Manager in the development and implementation of all asset management strategies for the region
