Who We’re Looking For

What You’ll Bring to the Table

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to step up and run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
- Experience with stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and efficient kitchen operations
- Familiarity with restaurant software, POS, and compliance standards
- A commitment to delivering outstanding meals and hitting sales goals
- A love for engaging with the local community and making an impact
