Our goal is to create a new pathway for individuals wanting to commence a career as an early childhood educator. Affinity’s Trainee Educator Program enables you to work in a centre of your choice, while studying to earn your Certificate III in ECE. It is ideally suited to people who would rather work in the industry and study the relevant qualification at the same time.

You will:

About you:

1. A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it.

2. Access to transport to and from the centre.

3. Willingness to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy.

About the centre:

We are a brand new, purpose-built centre that offers 68 places. We are a dedicated and passionate group of Educators who live and breathe the Affinity way. We believe in creating Shining Stars with the potential for continuous personal growth within the service. We cater for children in the Nursery age group, toddlers, and school-ready preschool, which spans over 4 beautiful rooms, each backing onto our spacious purpose-built playground to offer indoor-outdoor play. Our Preschool and Prep rooms feature new facilities including a STEAM section, tech station, and interactive learning hub. We can’t wait to welcome you to our wonderful team.
