As our AI Value Enablement & Governance Manager, you’ll be a hands‑on leader at the intersection of innovation, governance, and value creation. If you’re passionate about empowering teams, building robust AI solutions, and ensuring responsible, high‑impact deployment, this is your opportunity to shape the future and make a real difference.

What you’ll do:

- Deliver and champion Copilot Studio agent enablement programs, ensuring adoption and upskilling across internal teams.

- Run workshops and hands‑on sessions to build, refine, and scale AI agents—making responsible AI accessible to all.

- Monitor and govern AI deployments via Copilot Studio Admin UI, collaborating with IT to ensure seamless operations.

- Build actionable dashboards and reporting tools to track AI usage, adoption, and performance—including enterprise AI solutions on Databricks.

- Develop automated mechanisms (e.g., Databricks evaluation logs) to monitor risks in production AI solutions.

- Lead alignment with Smartgroup cyber standards, Privacy Act, and ISO 27001—ensuring controls across data, models, and prompts.

- Partner with IT, Risk, Security, and Operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Drive adoption of reference architectures, templates, and reusable components—accelerating innovation and value.

- Foster a culture of customer‑centricity, continuous improvement, and accountability for results.

What you bring

- Strong analytical background, with experience building dashboards and basic coding knowledge.

- Deep understanding of Copilot Studio, Copilot Studio Admin UI, and AI agent frameworks.

- Experience running workshops and training sessions.

- Familiarity with AI governance, risk monitoring, and compliance standards.

- Effective collaboration with IT, risk, and business teams.

- At least one year of hands‑on experience building agents using Copilot Studio or similar platforms.

- Demonstrated experience supporting AI deployments and monitoring usage/adoption.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field.

- Certifications in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure, and AI governance.
