As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will create solutions to ensure enterprise deployments make a significant impact across the organizations you support. You will solve complex problems, including those customers are not yet aware of. Are you ready for this challenge?

What will you be doing?

1. Drive complex deployments of Splunk, working closely with customers to resolve their unique challenges.

2. Collaborate with a dedicated team from various functions including Field, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support.

3. Participate in growth and mentorship opportunities, fostering leadership and ownership.

4. Empower customers to independently handle future questions and challenges.

5. Share standard methodologies and develop innovative solutions to enhance user adoption and increase the value of Splunk.

6. Maintain a good corporate citizen through timely communication and efficient resource deployment.

7. Contribute to a stable, respectful, and collaborative work environment.

What experience do you need?

Splunkers are self-motivated learners who thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable mastering new technologies and come from diverse backgrounds in business, analytics, or technology.

- BA/BS preferred in computer science, engineering, finance, mathematics, or equivalent experience.

- PV security clearance.

- Recent experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.

- Passion for Splunk products and solutions.

- Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver solutions and gather customer feedback for product improvements.

- Experience with Unix and Windows OS, comfortable with command line interfaces.

- Familiarity with scripting (bash), application development (Java, Python, .NET), databases, and analytical tools.

- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Understanding of enterprise applications, especially in security and finance.

- Statistical and analytical modeling skills are a plus.

- Willingness to travel up to 30% within Australia.

- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant experience in IT systems, enterprise management, application development, security, or analytics.
