What to expect in this role

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in our journey of growth, innovation, and delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide project support services across a range of transformation and ICT projects in government settings.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project artefacts and client deliverables.
  • Assist Project Managers and PMO leads in tracking deliverables, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Support workshop facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and meeting documentation.
  • Conduct research and assist with data and business analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborating with clients, addressing issues, and taking proactive actions when necessary.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across documentation in accordance with government frameworks.

What makes you a great fit?

Here's What We're Looking For In Our Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of professional consulting experience, ideally working with government clients.
  • Hands-on experience supporting delivery in projects, with exposure to Federal and/or State-level government programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are evident in your ability to prepare high-quality documentation, engage stakeholders clearly, and support collaboration across fast-paced consulting teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and time management capability enable you to manage competing priorities while ensuring timely delivery of project support tasks.
  • Australian Citizen with AGSVA Baseline or higher clearance preferred.
