About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join our Armadale boutique, where you will be responsible for end-to-end client relationships. These roles are ideal for individuals with a passion for styling, exceptional service, and building long-term client relationships. In addition to delivering exceptional shopping experiences, you’ll play a key role in client development, boutique operations, and supporting a positive, inclusive culture. With reduced boutique trading hours, Armadale offers the perfect balance of prestige and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised styling and professional service to every client, ensuring loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve sales and service KPIs including sales, UPT, and average transaction values
- Develop and maintain a strong VIP client database through clienteling and CRM systems
- Support boutique operations including stock management, online orders, and loss prevention
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards
- Collaborate with management in monitoring CRM activity, supporting team training, and fostering client engagement strategies
- Contribute to a professional, inclusive, and supportive team environment
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity
- Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations
- Strong retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
- Previous exposure to garment construction, styling, or modelling
- Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients across all demographics
- Ambition to build a long-term career, with a desire for growth and development opportunities
