- Turning a customer complaint into a moment of loyalty.

- Teaming up with our frontline heroes (technicians, service staff, ops teams) to get things DONE.

- A natural communicator who listens before they speak.

- Unshakeable under pressure and good at multitasking.

- You love helping people, and you do it with heart.

- Bonus points if you’ve wrangled multiple databases, word, excel and email
