Telecom Field Technician II

Job Title: Remote Field Technician
Location: Victoria, TX Area

Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Field Technician to support Nokia Flexi hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as remote cell site operations in the Victoria, TX area.

Responsibilities:

- Perform site routines and break-fix tasks in the field during standard hours (8 AM - 5 PM).
- Troubleshoot and maintain Nokia BTS hardware and associated systems.
- Stay current with technical theory, applications, and operational practices.
- Support technical and project-related efforts, ensuring effective communication as needed.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and response, data services, and location-based services.
- Apply a foundational understanding of network design, capacity planning, AC/DC power systems, and grounding principles.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Nokia BTS software.
- Familiarity with radio access networks, backhaul systems, signaling, and operational best practices.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Basic knowledge of disaster recovery processes and network design.
