Our client is a leading commercial construction design and project management organisation specialising in childcare, early learning and aged care projects. With headquarters in Newcastle, projects are based on the Mid North Coast. As Site Manager, you can be based regionally or be willing to commute and live away during the week for the project duration.

Critical to the success of this company is strong visible leadership and relationship values. The team's dedication has resulted in a strong pipeline of work and repeat client base.

About The Role:

As Site Manager you will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality commercial projects. You will be responsible for daily operations and management of site.

Critical to this role is your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients and subcontractors. You will have the highest commitment to OHS and be responsible for ensuring the site meets all safety requirements and compliance.

About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, civil engineering or related experience
- Previous experience on commercial projects up to $10M
- Industry experience in childcare, early learning and aged care
