Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking to employ a Secondary Learning & Teaching Coordinator to join the team at Edinburgh College. This is a part-time fixed term leave cover position (0.60-0.80 FTE) commencing 15 January 2026– 14 January 2028. Responsibilities

- Support and guide staff in curriculum delivery, mentor new teachers, and ensure the implementation of school policy and process.
- Lead curriculum development, set goals, and ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Oversee digital and online resources, provide training for staff, and manage data analysis to enhance teaching strategies.
- Coordinate NAPLAN testing, lead weekly Learning and Teaching meetings, and contribute to the broader educational community.
- Embed the characteristics and values of the Seventh-day Adventist school system in all aspects of learning and teaching.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Education (or equivalent).
- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- 5+ years teaching experience.
- Proficiency in SEQTA and familiarity with VCE/VASS is preferred.
