Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure and network projects across multiple sites or clients
- Configure and support Microsoft environments (AD, O365, Azure)
- Deploy and manage Cisco network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Implement and maintain Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls
- Manage endpoint and mobile device security using MDM solutions (Intune)
- Drive implementation of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and access controls
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure best practices in network security
- Provide post-project documentation, training, and handover to support teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and networking issues as needed
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

- Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, O365)
- Cisco (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
- MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune or equivalent)
- MFA tools (Azure MFA, Duo)
- General knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup systems
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Project Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer.)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and enterprise infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud and on-prem environments
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Microsoft (AZ-104, MS-102), or similar are a plus
