Right at Home provides in-home aged care and disability support services, supporting people to live independently. We are currently looking for a Home Care Cleaner to join our Gold Coast and Tweed Heads team. Are you dedicated to providing seniors with a clean and safe living environment? Join our team as a Home Care Cleaner specializing in serving our aged clients

What you’ll be doing in this role:

You’ll provide domestic assistance for older people living in their own homes, to help empower their independence and improve their quality of life in Gold Coast and surrounding areas .

This role involves traveling between client’s homes with a two (2) hour service using your own car.

Duties and responsibilities may include:

1. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces according to schedules.
2. Change bed linen, make beds, and ensure overall comfort and hygiene.
3. Assist with laundry.
4. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure the well-being of clients.
5. Services generally between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

What you will need:

1. Australian Federal Police Clearance.
2. Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
3. NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
4. Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
5. Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required).
6. Smartphone with internet access.
7. You’ll also be flexible and prepared to help meet the changing needs and schedules of our home care clients.
8. You’ll be empathetic and resourceful and be able to live the Right at Home everyday values of being Approachable, Collaborative, Authentic, Integrity and Accountable.
