The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solicitor with a passion for Real Estate to join our leading Digital Legal Delivery team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients, innovative legal technology, and global strategic projects.

You will be responsible for:

- Delivering Digital's real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as supporting due diligence and transactions.

- Providing excellent service to our clients and building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients.

- Collaborating with colleagues in different offices and different practice groups, as well as across our global network, to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.

- Taking on stretch opportunities to support the delivery of client services as well as personal and firm objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lawyer in a property or leasing practice.

- A current unrestricted practicing certificate.

- Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents. Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded.

- Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and matter management skills.

- A team focused approach and commitment to upholding our firm's values.
