We are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join our market leading Digital Legal Delivery team, based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Digital's real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as supporting due diligence and transactions.
  • As a key client contact, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients. Collaborate with colleagues in the Sydney and Melbourne offices, as well as with our global network, to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.
  • Serve as a key contact for Real Estate in Australia and across our global network; provide assistance on client matters and related tasks as required.
  • Senior Solicitors will supervise and mentor junior team members, providing regular feedback through structured coaching sessions.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years\' of property/leasing experience.
  • Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents.
  • Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded.
  • Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and matter management skills.
