Your opportunity

As an Audiologist, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it:

- Assess the auditory problems of non-complex adult & paediatric clients in accordance with established Australian Hearing practice methods and standards
- Provide appropriate rehabilitative support including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, personal amplification devices, accessories and/or communication strategies as appropriate
- Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from more senior audiologists where needed
- Participate in providing services at visiting sites and home visits
- Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives, other allied health & support agencies and families/carers to ensure best practice and outcomes for each client
- Undertake marketing/public relations activities in the community as required
- Provide excellent customer service, manage client load and meet revenue targets

What you’ll bring

We believe the successful candidate will thrive in a client-centred environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service in conjunction with managing complex medical administration. You’ll bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Audiology
- Full and current membership with Audiology Society of Australia
- Sound knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures in accordance with Australian Audiology standards
- Sound knowledge of Hearing Services Program
- Exposure to National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) scheme
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to other locations to undertake clinical work
- Ability to support business changes to clinical practice, products and policies
