Role Description

Yours Only is an Australian-made, female-founded skin and hair care brand with a passion for health and wellness. The brand was founded off the back of Ashli Templer’s lifelong experience with skin and health conditions, where she couldn’t find anything in the market that suited her sensitive body. The brand launched in August 2020 with two products, CLEAN and COAT, and now has a full multi-use range suitable for the whole family. Our head office is based in Richmond, however this role is based out of our new warehouse in Laverton North.

In 2024, Yours Only launched into over 300 Priceline stores nationwide, and is now expanding globally. There are big plans for the next 12 months, with an opening for three months for someone to assist for the upcoming busy season.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Someone with a passion for customer service, who understands the health and wellness space. If you are prone to having a flare or two, that will give you bonus points. We spend time getting to know each customer individually and provide tailored, genuine advice based on their current lifestyle. This isn’t a typical customer service person, it’s someone who shows empathy, and loves talking to people.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership and respond to customer service emails in a friendly and approachable manner, using our customer log processes.

- Get to know our community through TikTok, Instagram and Facebook DM’s.

- Respond to each comment across all social media platforms, diving deeper into conversations.

- Problem solve missing orders, and deal with DHL and Australia Post.

- Report to our team on community trends and conversations we can explore.

- Prepare and pack daily orders.

- Pack and send goodies for community members, creators and influencers.

WHAT DOES OUR DREAM PERSON LOOK LIKE?

- Has strong customer service experience (min 1 year).

- Someone who is obsessed with problem solving.

- Bonus points if you understand the skincare space.

- Must have Shopify customer service experience.
