To continue Patterson Cheney Toyota's success, we are now recruiting a Parts Back Counter to supply genuine Toyota parts and support Isuzu UTE, and Mahindra.

About the role:

- Providing fast and accurate parts interpretations

- Issuing parts to workshop staff

- Ordering stock and assisting with stocktaking

- Provide quotes and invoices as required

- Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as required

- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to

- Provide exceptional customer service

About you:

- Parts experience, ideally dealership experience or parts retailers

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A positive work ethic with the ability to handle a fast‑paced environment

- Computer and admin literacy skills

- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet

- Attention to detail

- A willingness to learn and continue to develop your skills

- Be friendly, helpful, confident and have an engaging personality

- Current drivers’ licence
