About the Role
The Test Lead is responsible for leading the planning, developing, coordinating, and executing testing activities for solutions, ensuring the delivery of ICT systems in accordance with business requirements, solution design and operational expectations.
The role is an Ongoing Full-time position.

- Running and regulating elections
- Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Proven experience across all phases of the test lifecycle, including experience in implementing testing frameworks in Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in System and System Integration testing, and Application Programming Interface (API) testing.
- Demonstrated experience or capability to manage a small team.
- Demonstrated understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools (such as JIRA, Zephyr, Scale).
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Computer Science, Testing certifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory criminal record check results.

Can you provide an example of a time you successfully lead testing for multiple systems at once? How did you prioritise, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure quality outcomes? (maximum 300 words)
- Provide an example of a complex project that you have tested, explaining what your role in that project and how did you plan and execute the testing activities. (maximum 300 words)
You should include a covering letter summarising your skills, knowledge and work experience, along with an up-to-date resume which clearly detail your skills and experience as relevant to this role.
