About the Opportunity

We’re actively seeking a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team on a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing in early 2026.

In this role, you’ll report to the General Counsel & Company Secretary and play a key part in partnering with the business to provide practical, strategic legal advice. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing, commercially minded, and collaborative legal team that values professionalism, curiosity, and teamwork.

Your key responsibilities will include

- Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters, including commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, marketing, sales and distribution, intellectual property, research and innovation ventures, sustainability, property law, employment law, and risk management.

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements across all parts of the business.

- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures as required.

- Supporting the company secretariat function, including the implementation and continual improvement of corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective governance and ASX Listing Rules compliance.

- Working with the General Counsel and Company Secretary, Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel to oversee external legal counsel as required.
