What will your day look like?

As a Home and Investment Lending Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

- Support customers to save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property
- Build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Develop your lending capability with training and development opportunities
- Gain transferable lending skills for opportunities within the bank and the financial services industry

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
- Experience in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with a desire to grow your network and promote ANZ
- Strong customer focus and the ability to network to build customer and community connections
- Financial savvy with keen attention to detail
- Active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and a desire to be part of a productive, supportive, and collaborative team
