It involves resolving customer connection and assurance issues, managing complex incidents, and supporting Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.The position also acts as a subject matter expert for operations teams, handles escalations from both offshore and onshore teams, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve work order and appointment issues.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical customer support position, including one year in telecommunications.Candidates should have a strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies, with proven ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms. Experience with systems such as: Service Portal, ITSM, Remedy, Splunk and ViaSat as well as Wireless and Satellite on-site technician support tools will be highly regarded.Finally, effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments.**Life at nbn**To be part of nbn is to be part of something bigger.
