The Role

Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first-class services to our patrons, ensuring alignment with our Mission, Vision, and Values. Successful candidates should be available early mornings and during the day.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
- Replenishing condiments as needed
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Cashier experience, including taking orders and handling cash
- Applying sound cash handling principles and using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promoting the centre's services and programs to patrons
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with patrons
- Providing information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
- Working mornings, evenings, and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable

Skills & Attributes:

- Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style
- Coffee making/barista skills
- Food handling certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Current Food Handlers Qualification
- Police Check
- Working with Vulnerable People clearance
- Flexibility during peak periods

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and customer service mindset are encouraged to apply
