- Capture Lessons Learned: Document and update lessons from investigations, projects, outages, and routine work to strengthen organisational knowledge and best practices.
- Coach and Train: Provide guidance and training to staff and contractors on structured problem-solving, quality systems, compliance procedures, and reporting tools.
- Facilitate Communication: Ensure consistent application of quality and compliance processes across operations, maintenance, assets, and contractors.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and implement corrective actions and improvement strategies for non-conformances.
What You’ll Bring
- A trade qualification (mechanical, electrical, or welding) or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, safety, or inspection within heavy industry, power generation, utilities, or a similar environment.
- Certificate IV or higher in Quality Management (desirable but not essential).
