A Sydney-based utilities provider undergoing a major integration transformation. This role supports the migration of legacy services to modern cloud-based platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
TIBCO Developer
to support the migration of integration services from TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.14 to the TIBCO Cloud Edition (CE) platform. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, implementing, and validating new services while maintaining functional parity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing integration flows on TIBCO BW 5.14 and design equivalent services on TIBCO CE.
  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable middleware solutions using TIBCO CE.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support during UAT and production deployment phases.
  • Investigate and resolve defects across both BW and CE platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for migrated services.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.

Required Experience:

  • Preferably 3+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), ideally including CE.
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware design.
  • Experience with SOAP/XML, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., JMS, MQ).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance tuning of TIBCO services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Experience in cloud-based integration environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
