Chambers Childcare Group in Bedfordale 6122, Busselton 6285 and Margaret River 6285 are looking for new members to join our team

• Salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus superannuation

You'll be a positive, upbeat person who takes ownership and responsibility for what you do. You'll also be driven, successful and enjoy your position on our team.

Your responsibilities will include the following broad areas:

• Implementing Educational Program and Practice
• Ensuring children's health and safety
• Maintaining a safe physical environment
• Attending staff meetings, demonstrating code of conduct and ethics with all stakeholders, and participating in ongoing professional development training
• Forming and nurturing strong relationships with children, implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining the dignity and rights of each
• Developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with families and communities
• Demonstrating governance and leadership in your contributions to the philosophy, goals and activities of the centres.

Some of the skills you possess are:

• Ability to relate to people from all walks of life
• Exceptional verbal communication
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Industry experience as a Room Leader is desirable, although not necessary, and you are wanting to advance your career with further ongoing training and mentoring
• Computer skills of a basic level and are willing to be trained
• Able to lead and mentor your fellow team member

Your qualifications and experience will include:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) and willing to study
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent); or
• Early Childhood or Primary Teaching Degree.
• A minimum 12 months' industry experience is essential for the role.
