Applications are invited for a continuing Lecturer (Assistant Professor) position in Statistics and Analytics in the Discipline of Mathematical Sciences at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
1. Conduct high-level research in statistics and/or analytics.
2. Maintain and advance scholarly research and professional capabilities relevant to the discipline.
3. Promote the discipline by establishing memberships, links, and partnerships with academic, industry, and professional communities.
4. Contribute to teaching and research activities within the School in the area of Statistics and Analytics.
Classification: Lecturer Level B
There is potential for a higher level appointment for candidates demonstrating achievements suitable for Senior Lecturer (Level C).
Salary: Lecturer Level B: $92,815 – $110,220 AUD p.a.
Superannuation: Employer contribution of 17%
